KEYSFounded on August 18, 1992, the KEYS REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (KRDC) has joined the real estate industry where bright prospects for the country's economic development abound. Having been assured of its noble mission, financial strength and acumen, the Securities and Exchange Commission affixed on December 23,1992 its seal of approval on KRDC's registration. In the Knights of Columbus, keys are symbolic of knightly ideals of responsibility and authority over funds, particularly their safekeeping. Hence, this real estate corporation – the 5 th youngest affiliate of the Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines, Inc. was named after “Keys” . KRDC's specific objective is to engage in the acquisition and development of real estate and the management or disposal of the same. On March 24, 1995, its authorized capital was increased from Php30 Million to Php100 Million. KRDC's initial housing projects are: Cartagena Grand Villas at BF Homes, Parañaque, Metro Manila and Keysville Townhomes in Bacoor, Cavite.
