KCFAPI introduces its new Board of Trustees

THE insurance arm of the Knights of Columbus in the Philippines, the Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines, Inc (KCFAPI) has introduced their newly elected board members namely Bro. Bonifacio B. Martinez and Bro. Noeni S. Nepomuceno.

Bro. Bonifacio B. Martinez is the incumbent State Secretary of the Knights of Columbus Luzon South Jurisdiction and a KCFAPI Fraternal Counselor since year 2000. He was a former Board Member of Mace Insurance Agency, Inc. and Keys Realty and Development Corp.

In his 38 years as a member of the Order of the Knights of Columbus, Martinez challenged himself on how to promote the KCFAPI and how to create more affordable plans for the members. He was one of the recent awardees of the Fr. Willmann Knights of the Round Table (WKRT) and an active member of the St. Lorenzo Ruiz - Binondo Council 7344.

He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing in Aklan College.

He is a family oriented person. He is married to Lanny Mostajo Martinez and blessed with three God-fearing children namely Mark Anthony, Christopher and Mary Grace.

Another elected and first-time KCFAPI Board Member is the current State Secretary of the Visayas Jurisdiction, Bro. Noeni S. Nepomuceno.

For almost 30 years as dedicated Knights of Columbus member, he started as financial secretary, deputy grand knight, grand knight and regional deputy before becoming a state officer.

Nepomuceno believes that life is a never ending process and he is willing to share his expertise for the growth of KCFAPI.

“It’s [life] a continuous process, continuous growth and development. I can share my experiences in initiating the development plans and formulating strategies for KCFAPI,” said Nepomuceno.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the academe, research, community work, development and planning. His highest educational attainment is his Doctorate of Education and Master of Arts in Agriculture-Agribusiness in West Visayas State University. He gained units for the degree of Master of Arts in Economics taken at the University of the Philippines – Diliman.

“I am very grateful that I was nominated and elected. I am very excited for a new perspective and new tasks ahead. Hopefully, I could contribute to the mission and vision of the company, foundations and project initiative of the KCFAPI management,” Nepomuceno added.

He is happily married to Cherry Tanco Nepomuceno, PhD and was blessed with four children namely, Norry Mae, Nicole Jane, Neri and Noe. (Yen Ocampo)
