KC Foundation conducts scholarship qualifying examination

MANILA, February 11, 2010—The Knights of Columbus Philippine Foundation, Inc., has facilitated a scholarship qualifying examination last February 6, 2010.

This examination was simultaneously held at the Knights of Columbus main office in Intramuros, Manila and at the KC Fraternal Service Offices in Cabanatuan, Cebu, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Davao and Zamboanga City.

According to Denise Solina of the KC Philippines Foundation, a special testing center in Baguio City was also established to accommodate the applicants coming from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

The qualifying test is given to 4th year high school students from the different parts of the country.

“This is open to graduating high school students with at least 85% general weighted average and whose father is a KC member in good standing,” she said.

“The examination results will be released on the last week of March,” Solina announced. (KCFAPI News)
