KCFAPI passes its 3rd Surveillance Audit

KCFAPI continued to be ISO certified with the confirmation of its certifying body, Certification International (CI). The surveillance audit found our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
CI reported on the strengths of our QMS and the activities that have been initiated by the different departments to meet the corporate quality objectives and ensure external and internal customer satisfaction. (Magdalene G. Flores)

Engr. Jose D. Bacalanmo, Jr.: Civil Engineer, Licensed Master Plumber and Real Estate Broker

LAST September 2008, a new addition in the Board of Trustees of KCFAPI was elected—Sir Knight Jose D. Bacalanmo, Jr. Bro. Bacalanmo graduated with BS in Civil Engineering at International Harvardian University in Davao City. He passed the Board exam for civil engineer in 1963 and later on completed his Master in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Davao University. He is not only a civil engineerv but also a licensed Master Plumber and real estate broker.  read more »

Fire, earthquake orientation drills held at KCFAPI

THE Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines, Inc. (KCFAPI) held its first Fire and Earthquake Orientation and Drills last October 3 at the 3rd floor function hall of Fr. George J. Willmann Building in Intramuros, Manila.
Representatives from the Manila Fire Department hosted the event, facilitated by Senior Fire Officer 4 Generoso M. Juico. Thirty three participants composed of officers, employees and security guards from KCFAPI attended the orientation and drills.  read more »

KCFAPI joins GK build houses for the poor

THIRTY-SIX officers and employees of KCFAPI and Keys Realty & Development Corporation began the first leg of the construction of the Knights of Columbus GK Village at Tungkong Mangga, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan last June 28.  read more »

KCFAPI signs Seed of Hope Fund with CBCP

THE Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines, Inc. (KCFAPI) has renewed its full support to the various social and spiritual concerns of the Catholic Church in the Philippines through the creation of a Hope Fund for the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP).  read more »

KCFAPI Enhances College Savings Plan

ON June 5, the Insurance Commission approved the offering of the KC Enhanced College Savings Plan for children of members of the Knights of Columbus.
The children scholars must not be over 10 years old and the KC member must be between 21 and 55 years old to be eligible for coverage under the Enhanced CSP.
Insurance contribution shall be for a period of 6 years and the payback will be for 10 consecutive semesters starting at age 16 of the scholar with a cash graduation gift at age 21.  read more »
